The Unit

We are on a small rural acreage a few minutes drive from the costal town of Moruya and about a 10 minute drive from local beaches. The fully self contained guest suite is attached to the main house but separated to ensure your privacy and has it's own private entrance. There are beautiful mountain views off the verandah and birds and native animals abound. Enjoy a bit of country while still being close to shops, cafes and attractions. Simple country breakfast supplies are included with your stay.

Can sleep up to 4 (a bit of a squeeze) but best suited for 2 or 3 people

~Breakfast~

Breakfast provisions are made available for you to prepare at your leisure and include farm fresh eggs, a home baked loaf and other continental goodies.

~Pet Friendly - Extra fees apply, $30/per dog per stay~

Well behaved, house trained pets are welcome. We have a large secure fenced paddock for dogs to run and play in. In order for us to maintain a high level of cleanliness, we do have a few pet rules. You must notify us if you are bringing a pet and then we will discuss our dog house rules with you. Limit 2 dogs.

~Rest and Relax~

Escape the city and unwind in the quiet and tranquility of simple country living. Enjoy all nature has to offer like picturesque sunsets, star gazing, listening to crickets and frogs, feeding native birds and maybe even seeing kangaroos.

~The Farm~

Farm experiences - please let us know if you want to feed and pet the sheep and chickens, or collect eggs

~The Space~

A few little notes for our valued guests. Our only source of water on the property is rainwater tanks. We want you to enjoy your stay but be mindful of usage. Also, our sewage is a septic system so only biodegradable items can be flushed down the toilet.

~Interaction with Guests~

We can greet you from a distance or arrange self check in and we are happy to have a chat and meet our guests.

~Other Stuff~

Guest parking is at the back of the house. Upon entering the property, follow the fence line and drive up to the grassy area following the arrow signs to the back of the house. You may park anywhere near the Guest Suite entry ramp.
